Project Manager is Responsible for the Creation of Plans and the Collection of Actual Project Data:

• Develop work effort estimates
• Validating task work effort estimates with the Team
• Communicating the Project Schedule to the Team
• Communicating each week's tasks to Team
• Staying "in-touch" with the Team as work progresses
• Ensuring that actual work effort is tracked
• Capturing true cost of contract labor, SOW, T&M and offshore and/or fixed bid when used
• Revewing and Approving actual work effort tracked
• Revising ETC to Accurately Reflect Remaining ETC
• Resecheduling Project Tasks

Based on the deliverables from Phase II an implementation plan will be defined and documented. The implementation plan consist of the schedule, budget, and project management plan required to implement the defined PMO model as defined in Phase II.

Implementation Execution

The PMO Assessment focuses on assessing the Organization's maturity in the following:

• Standard Project Management documentation, e.g. status reports, issues list, etc.
• Documented policies and procedures and support tools using Xinify
• Standard Framework
• PM staff training
• Governance Structure
• Learning Plan Options

The Project Manager is responsible for communicating the project's contribution to the organization's success and effectiveness
